Estimates and quotes

Prices shown on our website are starting points and for general guidance only. They are not a binding offer. Your final price is the written, itemized quote we provide after inspecting your chimney or reviewing your project. We will not begin work until you approve that written price.

Scheduling and service

We serve homeowners across Minneapolis and the Twin Cities metro. Appointment times are confirmed by phone or text. If we need to reschedule, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Text messaging (SMS)

By submitting our contact form and checking a consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Chimney & Home Improvements at the phone number you provide. We may send transactional messages about your service request, appointment, scheduling, and follow-ups, and, if you separately opt in, marketing and promotional messages such as special offers. Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something we repaired is not right, contact us and we will make it right in line with the terms of the specific job. Warranty details, where they apply, are stated on your written quote or invoice.

Your responsibilities

• Share accurate information about your home and the issue.
• Review and approve the written quote before work begins.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre existing conditions that were disclosed to you in writing.
